Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Cairo office. You will work on cutting-edge cloud technologies and lead a team of developers to build innovative solutions that impact millions of users worldwide.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and services.

• Design and develop scalable software solutions using modern technologies
• Lead and mentor junior developers in the team
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services
• Experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, .NET)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
